Wednesday, February 21, 2019 Corde Valle Golf & Country Club San Martin, CA

Twelve members of the Veterans’ Golf Program(VGP) were hosted by Corde Valle Golf and Country Club. The club has been host to several LPGA tournaments and is definitely world class.

Our disabled vets played the eighteen holes in cold and breezy conditions. It was “cart path only” so we had to walk from our carts to the ball and back. Not an easy feat for our leg amputees.

There was no complaining. We enjoyed a team breakfast before going to the course. The VGP is thankful to Corde Valle management and members. They were gracious hosts.

We’re looking forward to revisiting the course in 2020.
